Tip of the Week : Protect yourself from Toner Pirates. We do not call customers to "sell" toner; customers call us to place their orders. Toner Pirates may call impersonating Document Imaging Partners' employees or the Kyocera Manufacturer, and may "tempt" you with special pricing that will actually cost you more. (Most of our customers are on a service contract which includes toner). They may call in advance pretending to do a market survey as a way to gather information about your company and your equipment. If you do receive a shipment, refuse to authorize it. If in doubt call us first.
